Never livied in, non smoker, no pets inside. Shoes always taken off at the door. Seals and caulking checked weekly and recaulked as needed. Only used on average 2 weekends a month during camping season. New Saliun G rates tires, JT Strongarm stabilizers front and rear. Auto level, LED running and brake lights. Extra suspension brace welded on rear hangers for peace of mind. Great family Fifth Wheel that will not disappoint!
