2014 Forest River FR3 30DS with 50000 miles.

In 2018 it had its motor replaced by the ford dealer and so it is under a 3 year unlimited mile warranty. Have all receipts and maintenance records since.

Interior seats, sofa and dinette were reupholstered in 2018 as well with much better material than factory with the same look.

In 2020 it has had a brand new awning installed.

This is a very late model 2014 so it comes with all of the upgrades/fixes that were put on for 2015 such as: LED lights around the awning, upgraded windshield, Kwikee steps, 15,000 BTU A/C (instead of 13.5k), Water Heater is Gas and Electric (instead of just Gas). Comes with both options available that year: TV in bedroom and Auto Leveling jacks. Sleeps 8. Full queen in back bedroom, full queen pull out couch, dinette converts into bed and 2 child overhead bunk. The molded automotive style dash has an integrated side and back-up camera display for enhanced safety plus a pull-out laptop station with an outlet for power. The 12 volt AM/FM/CD/DVD/Bluetooth/USB media center can stream music from a smart phone or Bluetooth capable device indoors or out. There is abundant sleeping accommodations including an automatic front bunk that is hidden against the ceiling above the driver/passenger seats. There is also an ultra leather fold out Hide-A-Bed sofa and a convertible oversized dinette. The sofa has dual footrests. There is a hidden storage area behind the 32 flip up LED television. Slide room topper awnings. Power patio awning with custom pantry conversion (replaces front broom closet).

6.8L Ford v10 gas motor that gets about 8-10 mpg.

It has spent a couple years in an owner consignment rental fleet but it has not been out much (as you can see by the mileage). Overall its in good condition.
