I cant believe I’m going this low.  Reduced for quick sale. We moved to Texas but I’ll be back in PA 6/20 to 6/29.  Motivated to sell during that time.

Unfortunately we are moving and looking to sell our beautiful 5th wheel.  This unit has less than 1000 miles on it and spent its life set up at a permanent site. I will include the hitch if the buyer wants/needs it.  Unit has 5 slides and is 40’8” long.  Original price $82K

Unit it is in great shape with all the options. It has upgraded luxury cabinets and interior. This definitely isn’t the base model. It has a full-size residential fridge with ice maker, day/night shades, fireplace, ceiling fan, rain sensing vents, auto level hydraulic jacks, inverter, power awning, remote control for level/awning/lights, king bed, power up down tv with surround sound, outside speakers, mini fridge outside, hot water elec and gas, washer dryer hookups, central vacuum, leather recliner, two leather sofas that fold into beds with very comfortable air mattresses built in ducted AC and heat, large shower unit with glass doors, outside shower, heated tanks for cold weather use.  

Im sure I’m missing something but unit is fully loaded. The front living makes a great use of the space and sets it apart from everyone else’s unit.  Also the tall ceilings give it an open feel.  It is currently in Bradford PA and can be viewed with advanced notice.

Only known issue is a small dent by the wheel well and a broken rung on the ladder. I may have a chance to fix the ladder.  

Ive checked with the RV dealer and he confirmed it would sell for $43-46k on their lot and nada is $46,390 average retail. I’d prefer not to mess around and not looking to make a bunch of money but rather making sure it goes to a good home that will care for it like we have.  I’ve reduced my price to $35000 obo which is significantly lower than other listings. (two others posted at time of this listing).
