One owner - we're selling it because we're just not using it like we should.

Does have all new tires - has had tire damage on drivers side - parts are on hand but the right side is damaged (see pictures)

Like new on the interior since it's only been slept in a couple of times. I've religiously winterized it (super easy - uses less than 2 gallons of antifreeze)

The onan generator that I got with this RV was a lemon and i've done you the favor of removing it - and I'm loving the Champion LP gensets (not included). Pictures tell the story!

This RV sports 2 bathrooms - 110 gallon fresh water tank - fore and aft black and grey tanks, 2 ACs, dual 30 pound propane tanks, fully appointed trifuel reefer and fueling station for toys with the ethanol gear swap already done!
