SOLD THANKS TO ALL - It's a Self-Contained unit and set up for 2-wheel towing, so you're able to take a boat, car or both with you. There's also a rear camera system, which is used during backing up, or for viewing the rear area as needed. It has a Cummins Generator and a 16' Carefree Motorized Awning, the controls to generator and awning are inside, as are the gages that show tanks (black & grey water) and battery levels.  The heating and cooling system is completely ducted and thermostatly controled. It has a Norcold 2-way refrigerator with cherry woodgrain finish to match interior finish.  Atwood 6 gal. hot water heater, with controls inside also. Full shower and bath with sink and a Thetford procelain toilet.  The entertainment equip. is as follows; Jenson stereo system with cd player with speakers in front and rear of coach, also two flat screen tv's, the bedroom tv has dvd player built -in. It also contains a Winagard Road Trip automatic roof mounted satellite system, and a standard antenna, plus it's also wired for cable, so you can use it almost anywhere you go. It sleeps 8 , the master BR has a queen Ashley Sleep mattress,  the other beds have standard. There is a hidden queen size bed, and the couch and table areas also make beds. Has nice size kitchen with pull out pantry, gas range with oven, range hood with fan and light, also has microwave built-in.  Round sink with lots of storage space for  your cookware and dishes.  There is also plenty of inside and outside storage to take almost anything you need or may want. You will notice a full sized living area when extended and a modest size when closed up. There is a large Skylight in living area, which gives off alot of natural light.  There are also many ceiling lights thought out the coach, which can also be used off the battery power when needed. There are also ceiling vents with Maxx-Air II covers, so you can leave them open, even when it rains. The outside storage is mainly on passenger/entrance side, with a large storage/garage area at the full rear of vehicle., this makes it easier to carry larger items such as bikes, fishing gear, tables, chairs, etc. Lots of room for your stuff.  There is also a Bearcat Hydraulic Leveling system with automatic and manual. The tires are in very good shape and have stainless steel rims. We are also including some extras , like heavy duty extension cords, plus a surge protector, ( for the entire coach).
