This unit is in wonderfully good shape. Lots of custom cabinetry makes it one of a kind. Original dinette replaced with a much more functional pull out table with real chairs. Original love seat on right side was removed and replaced with a fireplace and larger LCD TV that rises/lowers from behind the fireplace. Original sleep by number air mattress has been replaced with a quality memory foam mattress that won't go flat. Michelin XRV tires are only three seasons old.

We are very pro-active on maintanence. All new house batteries 12 months ago. Also in the last 12 months we have had the serpentine belt replaced, cooling fan and clutch replaced as well as coolant resevoir. In having that work done, the mechanic advised we had an exhaust gasket that was leaking ever so slightly. Instead of replacing just the leaker, we had ALL of the exhaust gaskets replaced ($5200). We even have a spare slide motor we keep on hand ($1200) just in case we have an issue and parts aren't readily available. Original entertainment system electronics have been removed and replaced with a new IRV entertainment head.

Let's see . what else . well, we keep it stored at an indoor facility (Fort Knox RV Storgae, Statesville, NC) so it is not sitting outside in the elements/sun. She is regulalry bathed and waxed. Paint all the way around looks like new.

Our favorite feature of this unit is the full wall slide. The amount of room it creates when you put that out is amazing.

Why are we selling it? Quite simply . we moved to North Carolina a few months ago, and our travel needs have changed. Going back to a fifth wheel once we sell the Providence.

Bottom line : You'll be impressed with how solid this unit is.
