This RV is a must see!  We are the 1st owners and the coach it is in excellent condition.  This coach is a great fit for full timers.  This Coach has never had any pets or smokers inside.  We had the hide-a-bed couch replaced with Thomas Payne theater seats that recline and makes for good napping and watching TV.  However *, we have the original hide-a-bed Flexsteel couch which we will include if you want to install and change out the theater seating.  The mattress for the hide-a-bed couch is a very comfortable full size air mattress with an electric pump.  We had an extra cabinet installed at Red Bay AL by Tiffin cabinet workers.  All new tires were installed in March 2020 and have 1300 miles on them.  The front tires are equipped with TYRON Flat Tire Protection.  All new house and chassis batteries were installed in April 2020.  We have added snap on wheel covers and remote control under-chassis lighting.  You never run out of hot water with the instant hot water system (as long as you have propane).   The coach has lots of cabinet space, built in clothes hamper, fireplace, dishwasher, stackable washer and dryer, microwave/convection oven, auto leveling.  In-motion satellite with Dish Receiver included.  10K generator, 16 speed Alison transmission.  Mattress replaced 3 years ago with a very comfortable Queen Temperpedic.  Bed raises up for extra storage underneath.  We installed an extra slide out tray-full pass through underneath which makes it handy to get to things.  Here's a list of more items this beauty has:  central vacuum cleaner, 3 door residential refrigerator, air assisted suspension, exhaust brake, 32" flat screen TV, 40" flat screen TV, satellite radio, automatic hydraulic leveling system, 6 way power seats, deluxe cabinetry upgrade, ceiling fan in bedroom, cruise control, diamond shield, double electric step, exterior entertainment center, full body paint, GPS Navigation, granite type counter tops, power cockpit window blinds, rear vision camera, skylight, tile upgrade, electric door awning and power awning on patio slide, 50 amp service, 3000 Watt inverter.  It is Air Force One breaking system ready and also Electrical breaking system ready.
