I purchased this RV a few years ago and have used it only for attending racetrack events.  I have put over 15k miles on it and have only had to change tires and oil.  It's a great RV for it's age.  There is some minor water damage but nothing that impedes operation.  Never bothered the previous owner or me.  The roof is new and everything inside works as it should.  The RV is wired for a 2nd A\C and I had all intentions on adding it when I purchased it but then I realized it wasn't really necessary.  Actually I just used the RV last weekend and it was 87 degrees outside but managed to keep the inside at 70 on low setting.  The mattress is brand new, well actually I slept on it for 5 nights in total but it's really really comfortable.  It wasn't cheap, I like my comfort :)  I also updated all the speakers to Kickers and the radio was updated witj a smart radio.  I also removed the old Ttube camera TV in the dash and replaced it with a samsung TouchPad.  This works great for navigation and any camera can connect to it.
