4.0 Onan generator with 2 inside switches (replaced June 2010).  Both heat & AC on thermostat. 13.5K BTU Dometic rooftop AC with heat pump. 16,000 BTU ducted furnace with auto ignition, Insulated floor.

Fullsize 6 cu ft, 3 way fridge freezer, 3 burner LPG cooktop with flush mount cover (all kitchen and bath surfaces Corian), pull out 2 way faucet, large countertop with 2 flush mount sink covers, pull out cutting board, tip out sink storage.

Total int/ext storage space 102 sq ft. All drawers and cabinetry furniture quality oak with high grade slides and hinges. Lighted interior cabinets, full length pantry with pull out shelves, large cedar lined hanging wardrobe, front overhead storage.

Larger fiberglass shower with molded seat, porcelain Dometic toilet (new 2019).

Thermal pane windows, day/night fabric shades, fluorescent overhead lighting, blackout drapes for cab & back window.

This RV was purchased in 2002 by the previous owner and prob not used much for 2 or 3 years before my purchase in Feb, 2019.  After an amazing cross country trip it's no longer practical for me to keep it, though I truly wish I could.
 
Repairs and new parts over the past year include all 6 tires, complete brake work, front and back, incl parking brake, steering driveshaft, fan clutch, alternator, 5yr Interstate battery, and 3 MaxxFans with rain covers.

There are several patches of peeling clearcoat and a small area of peeling paint on the front hood. Also a few cosmetic repairs could be done inside the coach by anyone with basic carpentry skills.
