FOR SALE!  This 5th wheel had one previous owner who had to downsize because it was too big for them to haul. We bought it and parked it in our back yard to live in for 4 months during home renovations. It hasn't left our back yard. It is in perfect condition other than some very minor carpet wear in front of the reclining chairs from the previous owner. I would take pics but you can't see the wear in the pictures.  

Post purchase we added the second air conditioner to the master bedroom so it now has two. The recliners and couch are vinyl and in perfect condition. Everything is in perfect condition
