Bunk Beds!  2 slide-outs!  Original owner. Impecibably maintained. 2 brand new tires. The other four tires have good tread left (8-9/32nds).Upgraded double house batteries.  New range hood.  New Rooftop A/C unit.  

This RV is great for just a couple or a family. Everytime you wake up in the morning, you leave the bed and the mess in the back, and walk forward to your living area. There is no need to make any beds, or put beds away, to start your day with coffee and breakfast. It's also great for a family of 4 for the same reason. The bunk beds and the Queen bed are in the back, away from the living area. You can close up that area and not worry about cleaning up the mess back there, and enjoy your day.

All the beds have had waterproof mattress pad covers from since we owned it.

With two slides, a full bathroom and sleeping accommodations for eight adults, it will easily feel like a home-away-from-home. As you step inside, you will notice there are three sets of sofas for safe traveling. 

You will find a booth dinette that can provide additional sleeping as well as seating for mealtimes and more.

The kitchen features a refrigerator, a double sink, a microwave and 3 burner range.
The master bedroom suite features ample storage with a double wardrobe w/drawers, overhead compartments and nightstands with drawers. A queen-sized bed will provide the perfect night's sleep.
The bathroom features a full-size shower, toilet, and vanity with sink, plus overhead cabinets.

The rear slide out provides two bunks with storage and privacy curtains. The perfect solution for kids. The top bunk features a 22" HDTV which can be positioned to be viewed by the back bed or the bunk bed. A second, antenna tv option with DVD player is available at the front of the coach.

With full electrical, water, sewage, air conditioning and heat, this motorhome is comfortable in any climate.

While the RV "sleeps" 9-10, there are only 8 seat belts so it "drives" 8 legally.

I have rented this out over the past few years through "Outdoorsy" when I haven't been using it.  We've had great renters and no smokers. I had a GPS unit on it and denied anyone from using it for burning man.  In fact, I would block burning man dates just to make sure.
