We purchased this RV because it offered us a comfortable space for sleeping, cooking, and bathroom in the smallest and simplest unit.  We never had a problem finding a parking space in urban areas or busy national parks viewing areas and our size gave us greater selection in overnight parking.  Also, the size and low key RV look, make it more acceptable to HOA's and many owners are using these vans as a second vehicle.
