Used just five times and is still under extended warranty (AGWS Compass Platinum Warranty, which their top of the line coverage) until 10/25/23.  Excellent condition and have many accessories available for the first time buyer! 
Upgraded memory foam mattress for a big improvement. I'm 6'5" and slept great on it. Light weight trailer that can be easily towed by most trucks. Microwave, water heater, AM/FM/CD player, air conditioner and heater. Very nice awning. 30 amp service. 21' footer and a convenient size. Easy to haul and maneuver. Can fit in most driveways.
