Coachmen Pursuit with a great layout and only 14'000 miles !
Sold as is, Slide as to be fixed, 
Bought it preowned en feb 2020 with ~9'500 miles,  using it ~6 months , now 14'000miles
The engine has been serviced, the 28th of July ( re placed oil , air and oil filters , topped off fluids adjusted air, brk 90% )
All was controlled like brakes tires, and so on . 
and a whole check comes with the result that tires have 5 years but perfect standing 
the slide has to be fixed, it became uneven, so the motor have not enough power to slide out, the service Guy recommend to change 2 new slides rails and a board. Part and work estimate will be less then 2'500$ , but takes 2 weeks to get the parts and one day to work. 
I don't have time to fix it, but I lower to price of 10'000$ to cover all expenses and annoyances.

With a new 100W solar pannel installed on the roof and a power bank (goal zero) to charge any device anytime (value 1000$)
-rack for 2 bikes at the back 
Reason for sale :  leaving US due to the Covid-19 crise and family  . I Have to get back Home in Europe ASAP !!!

King size bed at the back, not folding while slide is in, ( will be also possible to use it before having it fixed)
2 bunks bed : 1 above the fronts seats, and 2nd convertible sofa
This RV is in perfect standing, it's a 50Amp, and has a 50A Cummins generator
2 AC units
3 TVs 1 for the bedroom one for the living room and one outside. 
The living room Tv is a new smart Tv installed 2 month ago
will be available end of July, for visit and to acquiring it, after service made.
