First year Newmar used 22.5 wheels/tires on Bay Star. Ford F53 22,000 lbs chassis with V10 and 5 speed trans serviced at local Ford dealer. 

King bed with new memory foam mattress. Corner shower with lots of room. 50 AMP electrical, dual ducted air and front air unit also has heat pump that works great for outside temps above 40 F. Factory ice maker in fridge, gas/electric hot water heater, conviction microwave. Sony TV’s, surround sound, dvd players, and dash radio. Black & white back up camera, color side view cameras. Full body paint with diamond shield protection on front. Roadmaster steering stabilizer, Blue Ox trac bar. Garmin RV760 stays with unit. Also has tire pressure monitor. Unit drives very well.

Health issues require sale. We have really loved this unit and hate to see it go. What sets this Newmar Baystar 3124 RV model apart from all others is the full slide out on the driver side which expands the entire floor plan the length of the whole RV.  The additional slide out in bedroom holds a king size bed for added comfort!  RV has all the amenities and sleeps 5 comfortably.  The amount of room in this model is amazing.  Maximizes the use of storage throughout kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, pantry.  Perfect for long term use without overcrowding.
