The GOOD: 
Front and Rear cap repainted last fall. 
King bed with 4” memory foam topper.  
Direct TV HD Slimline automatic Satellite on roof with two outputs (bed & living room)(just push a button and it aligns automatically). 
Dual remote located electric gate valves for Grey & Black tanks (inside & outside). 
Electric Awning. 
Electric rear stabilizer jacks. 
Two 30# propane cylinders with automatic cutover. 
Recently replaced fridge. 
Washer/Dryer combo unit. 
Water heater can be either Electric (using shore power) or gas.  
Dual AC.  
Slideout toppers on all four slides.  
Updated with full size Dometic 320 elongated porcelain toilet.
This unit has a seperate "living area", we have used a sliding curtain (still in the unit) to help seperate and create a kids sleeping area.   
 
The BAD:  Fiberglass damage to lower front bay area where tailgate fell and rubbed against unit while turning.   
Damage to skirt on passenger side from blowout several years ago. 
Thin covering on the added Jackknife couch has some tears.   

The UGLY:  While prepping/taking photos to sell, my son stepped his foot thru the bathroom skylight fixture.  I have NOT replaced this.  (and I have finally settled down and still let him live with us!)  Unit is always stored inside, so it is not an issue now, but new owner needs to be aware!!

Can be seen inside the storage area, and can pull outside if we know you are coming.  Always home!  Have all original paperwork and manuals.  Also have original, electric fireplace (works), but we removed in order to have more space for "kid stuff" in the living area.

Was originally going to sell to the first person who came thru with 10K price (getting a LOT of camper for that price with all the upgrades, but also knowing of the scratches on front and skirt) - however since skylight is broken - make us an offer!!
