Hello Everyone!  Here's an opportunity to buy a lower-priced, older but well maintained RV directly from the seller - not through a dealer.  We have a well-running Winnebago, Itasca Suncruiser 35B that we've owned for the last 4 years.  We purchased it to run our business (photography studio) in the back but the business did not make it.  It needs a little TLC since it's been sitting in storage, but it's been a great vehicle for us.  It's completely restored to it's regular shape (we removed the photography studio upgrades) and it's ready to roll with some minor maintenance.  It's got new batteries but the generator needs to be serviced.  We are having the water pump and the toilet checked out (we never used them) and the tires are about 8 years old.  Lastly, the windshield on the passenger side has a crack.  A/C works great, jacks, breaks and driving - all good.  Awnings are in good shape and no leaks on the roof.  The fridge and freezer work well and includes a stack washer/dryer. Other that the maintenace items mentioned, this baby is ready to go.
