Pitched in August 2018 and only taken out twice, may have been driven up to 100 miles.  Murphy Bed and Futon sleeps up to four, I would say two adults and two children or three adults comfortably.  The length is 21'11" and 7' wide, freshwater tank 31 gallons, both the gray water and black water tanks are 25 gallons each; three-burner gas cooktop; 1800 BUT furnace.  Extras included backup camera, trailer valet with drill attachment, weight distribution E2 Hitch 14-5612, and LevelMatePRO Wireless Vehicle Leveling System (to be set up with your smartphone).
The passthrough storage had a door that had an issue, which let rain get in.  This was replaced by the dealer.  that was about a year ago and there haven't been any issues with it since.
