I bought a 7 year extended warranty when I bought the unit new, 3/16/2018. I have stored this Toyhauler inside.  It has 51.7 hours on generator, new tires, 4 batteries, added storage in garage floor and propane in garage for propane heater.  When the unit was brand new I was loading Razor an air compressor fell out of back of Razor and put a hole in back door.  I took trailer to Drakes RV and they fixed it.  If you look hard you can see where it was fixed.  I cleaned the trailer every time it is used.  It has a ton of storage.  This is a nice unit.
