Great compact RV, with seatbelts for 5 people.  This RV has been upgraded with:

Best things about this unit:
- MPG!!  This unit is lighter and smaller footprint than other sprinter RVs, so it gets 15-17MPG on the highway.  One time hit 20MPG when drafting off a rig
- Compact size, can park in a regular parking space.  It’s a tight fit, but you fit.  Also helps be more maneuverable and easy to drive.
- Quiet, we added some insulation to the front, plus the new floor is more sound absorbent as this unit cruises.

Last great thing, we are a business and are providing a 6 month guaranty on the house portion of the RV (excludes the engine, generator, chassis and wearable items).  We are also taking it to our mechanic to do a thorough inspection.
