Needs TLC**** It needs repairs inside and brakes fixed. It has been sitting awhile. 

This is a good starter motorhome or an inexpensive camper for your family. It’s a great time to camp or take to the Race track.

This motorhome runs excellent but needs some repairs inside. We have used it for 15 years to pull our horse trailer and camp in. 

The engine is very strong and has 63k miles. It doesn’t burn any oil and starts first try. I have done many repairs and updates recently:

6 New tires - $1000
Roof recoated with white industrial coating. $1800
New 13500 BTU AC. Roof mounted. $700
New refrigerator- AC only $500
Microwave works. 
Stove works 
Furnace and water heater works. 
Good trailer hitch 
 Has power leveling jacks. But they need a switch replaced.  

Drives safely:
Needs the following:
Brakes leak fluid. Probably needs a wheel cylinder. 
Floor is soft In spots from roof leak before it was repaired. Needs patched or replaced. The subfloor is rotten in a few places. 
It does not have a generator. Wired for an 5k Onan but it was removed. 
Needs coach battery
Missing a drawer in kitchen. 
The TV antenna needs replaced. I will include the new power antenna. 
The power step does not retract.
