Near new condition, still has showroom new smell. We bought this brand new in 2017. It's been used on 4 weekend camping trips - 2 in '17, 1 each in '18 and '19. Stored indoors over all winters.

Our children are teenagers now and are "too cool" to go camping, so we're moving on.
Extremely efficient and well planned layout in this compact unit. 3200lb dry weight, just over 4000lbs fully loaded means no heavy duty truck needed. This can be pulled with many SUV's and all 1/2 ton trucks.
