This 2008 Fleetwood Arcadia has a roof a/c unit that gets very cold, two 20lb full propane tanks. The kitchen table is a slide out with lots of storage. Kitchen includes double sink, stovetop and oven and a mini-fridge and freezer. There is a king bed on each side. There is a u-shape couch with storage underneath. Bathroom has a toilet and shower with an additional outdoor shower! There is a water heater, so no cold showers. There is also an outdoor grill, speakers inside and out with stereo remote control. No leaks, canvas is in great condition. New flooring inside, just to keep it updated. Upgraded tires with 300 miles. There is an awning and outdoor light. Camper was stored inside with a cover. Very spacious camper, can sleep 7 adults, more with kids, since there are two kings! Whether we are going to social distance for awhile or not, this is a perfect camper to be able to vacation safely and have a great time. Will include camper cover, propane tank covers and water hoses. It's camping ready!
