I purchased this travel trailer brand new from the dealership for my consulting work specifically for when I needed to stay near my work sites. Since the purchase date, this unit has seen incredibly light use. Upon purchase, it was moved to a professionally maintained, corporate campground in eastern Ohio where facilities were included. Here, I used it only as a place to rest between shifts and occasionally use the microwave to warm food. Given the provided bathroom and shower facilities, the shower and toilet have been used maybe five times; all other features this travel trailer offers (stove, oven, kitchen sink, cabinets, TV, enterainment system, speakers, grill (in the box), leather recliners, chairs, drawers, dresser) have never been used or turned on. In essence, it is basically unused.

Upon ending my consulting work in the Fall of 2019, I moved the travel trailer to long-term storage in Beavercreek, OH where it has since been. Given a change in career plans, I have no need for this any longer, which is the only reason I am selling. To ensure full functionality and quality, I just had the trailer fully inspected and function tested by the Paul Sherry RV service team (roof, exterior, interior, electrical, plumbing) and also had it professionally washed before returning to storage.
