There is a small, patched tear in one awning. Both electric awnings work great and are not bent.

There are two tears in the outer lining on the roof. Both have been repaired per industry standards and we will include all materials needed for maintanence. They have never caused any leaks. 

The outdoor kitchen is in LIKE NEW condition. The burners have never been used! 

Comes with a TV in the living room, bunk room, and master bedroom. There are also TV connections in the loft and outside. 

Free delivery in the Central Texas area. Will consider delivery beyond for a fee to cover gas and time.
