I am the original owner of this Phoenix Cruiser 2700. Phoenix is known for its quality and I have cared for it meticulously. This RV has never been smoked in, never had any pet inside it, never had any leak. It is completely ready for driving and camping and is stored under roof in Asheville NC. 
Phoenix calls their models B+, not C class, because they don't have the bed extending out over the windshield. This RV is set up for extended boondocking with extra large fresh water and holding tanks, extra large sealed AGM batteries, water heater and fridge both operating on electric OR propane, large dry bath, leveling jacks, etc.
