New brakes and new tires were installed during the summer of 2019.  Double slide out, power awning, 4 bunks, flat screen TV, central air, and much more.  All appliances work well, including the semi-integrated barbecue grill which hangs on the side of the unit and was purchased separately.  Roof is in excellent shape and there are no leaks or major issues anywhere.  Unit was covered in the off season most years and was covered and in storage for two seasons where it was unused.  Will include extras including front tripod, new sewage hose and more.
