We love this camper, but it is too much camper for us as a couple and we are selling so we can re-evaluate what we need and downsize. 

We have had several warranty repairs done already so you don’t have to. This camper has had the slide system completely replaced, new stereo installed, new water pump, new skylight in bathroom, new furnace safety switch, and we currently have an approval from lance to repair the screen door as a hinge has malfunctioned, but due to COVID the door manufacturer is closed. The door still works, but the screen door does not marry well to the door so if unattached it can be a hassle to put back together. 



This camper has most of the available upgrades, including the convertible sofa bed, tri-5 propane tanks, true 4-season equipped, slide cover, Carefree awning, solar package, electric stabilizer jacks, and smart tongue jack. 


Improvements we’ve made since purchasing include adding an extra 300 watts of solar, now totaling 470 watts of solar. Adding an E2 round bar weight disturbing hitch, and upgrading the batteries, camper now has two AGM batteries totaling two hundred amp hours. 

Given that we are going to re-evaluate before we start again we will be selling everything you need to start RVing and make this camper a ‘turn-key’. We are including a fresh water hose, heating fresh water hose, other hose used for black tank flush, chemicals, chocks, X-chocks, leveling blocks, tongue jack block, and more. We tow our Lance with a 2016 Ford F-150 Lariat, we could work our a deal if you’re interested in the truck and the trailer. 

We have loved every time we’ve had the opportunity to use this camper, the only damage we’ve identified is the leather on the couch is damaged (pictured) due to human error, we left something too heavy and rough loose on the couch while in transit. This is a cosmetic damage, the couch is still very comfortable!
