This MotorHome has all of Tiffin's quality and craftsmanship. The interior decor fabric is called Beach Glass.  This pattern can be found on the bedspread and pillows and all windows have beach glass patterned cornice boards. There are a couple of different types of blinds, not all in working order.  The cabinetry throughout is solid medium alderwood in the galley kitchen. Lots of storage space with double sink.   There is a wall of cabinetry in the bedroom with lighted closet and vanity also alderwood.  The bedside tables also alderwood and cabnets above the bed.  There are two pocket doors that close off the bathroom from the kitchen and living area.  The other pocket door closes the bathroom area from the bedroom. The cockpit seats are original fabric  and both swivel. This feature provides additional seating in the living area.  Carpeting is original in cleaned condition.  The extra chair is a recliner now and in tan leatherette materal, new.  You can kick back and relax on a standard cloth sofa that jackkniefs into a bed with mattress sleeper. The TV above the cockpit has just been changed out to a 32 inch flatscreen.  We have never used the TV in the bedroom. A really nice feature is the private toilet area with a door.  The shower area is just across the hall. All of the outside storage space locks and is roomy.This RV has also been fitted with four new Michelin tires.  The other two tires are 2 years old. The engine battery is a 2019. One coach battery was changed in spring 2018.  Last oil change was 3-20-2019 the same day the transmission was serviced and new filters and fluids done. The miliage has not changed since that service.  The new tires were bought and installed on 4-22-2020. The Onan generator, 685 hours was checked and serviced on 4-30-2020.
