This highly-optioned trailer has been professionally maintained since new a few years back. This adult-use only RV has been used for 24 nights of camping and 3,002 miles by two teachers. Almost entirely "dry camping", using fresh and holding tanks once. Lightweight, short, and easy to tow. The single slide out opens the dinette seating area which can also be lowered to a full-size sleeping area. The dinette easily seats four adults or up to six people who are really comfortable being around each other. King sized mattress makes this the ideal "couple's cabin" but would also work well for a family of four. 

Dual axels allow for an easy to move experience. Power tongue jack and power stabilizer jacks makes for a quick and easy set up and tear down. Hookups for gray and black tanks are easily accessible and high enough to avoid dragging on any drop-offs. Trailer has been winterized each winter and will stay winterized until sold. Battery is pulled each winter and trickle-charged each spring before installed. The HDTV and roof top digital antenna picks up signals easily from distant locations and easily hooks up to campground cable. The backup camera makes this one of the easiest set ups you will ever find, you'll go from towing to sipping a cold beverage under the electric 16' awning in no time!

Kitchen with snack bar has plenty of storage, including closet at entry of the trailer. Three burner stove with oven and midsize refrigerator, along with overhead microwave, will allow for easy cooking/baking and food storage. Refrigerator runs on 120v, 12v, or propane. Spacious bathroom has good storage along with a step-in shower. Ceiling skylight provides natural light and spacious head room (I’m 6’3”).  Toilet use was limited to “liquids only”, as all camping was spent in campgrounds with bathroom facilities. The low-use, minimal age, and keeping it clean even while in storage makes for an excellent value for those almost-new trailer buyers. This truly has been kept in excellent condition. This trailer is ready for summer adventures or keeping it in storage until you’re ready to roll.
