I am the 2nd owner of this beautiful coach. Have replaced all decals on outside 5/4/2020, Double coated roof last October 2019, Exterier buffed and waxed 4/25/2020, Replaced toilet with upgraded unit, added a W/D combo unit (new) 2 yrs. ago. New awning cover 5/6/2020. I had slide covers installed 11/2016.
 Artic winter package, Power awning and screen shade (Both new 5/2020) Breaks and tires inspected last fall (no issues).
4 slides, 2 roof A/C units, Furnace is a 30,000 BTU,  duel fuel Refrig. 8 CuFt 2 door, 3 burner stove/oven, convection/microwave, Elect. fire place.  32" flat sceen TV, surround sound, stereo receiver, DVD player, Dish Joey TV system (pay as you go). Built in vacuum system. 20" TV in bedroom.
 Interior is spotless and carpet just cleaned. Awsome amount of storage. Sofa drawer in base, 4 dining chair seats have storage plus all the cabinets everywhere in the coach. 10 gal. water heater gas/elect., Fantastic Vent With Rain sensor (kitchen), Roof vent (shower), power vent in toilet room.
Length overall is 37', gross vehical weight 11,560, 75 AMP converter, Elect front jacks, Moryde suspension, spare tire, Holding tank monitors, manual rear jacks, Replacement of most lighting inside of coach with LED bulbs, Clean title in hand. All owner books supplied to original owners. I do have a Demco Adapter rail plate #6194 to fit a 2017 & up GM short bed with built-in tow package Puck Sys.). Also I have a Pullrite #2400 20K Hitch system. Will fit most standard bed rail systems. Very light weight hitch. Much more than I can list. Ready for the road!
The new price includes the addition of my 2008 Chevy Silverado 2500HD LT Diesel, less than 65,000 miles, Extended cab, 6'.6" bed, Slider hitch, extra 36 gallon fuel tank. This truck is in great shape! Not a spot of rust.
