We have owned this MH for about five years, using it mostly to volunteer in national parks.  We love the unit and life on the road, but our age is making driving a motor home less safe than we are comfortable with.  
The unit is in good shape.  The engine runs very well.  I have regularly changed oil with synthetic.  The generator is a Cummins 4KV.  I replaced the old generator about four years ago, and, since then, it has run about 100 hours although the engine clock says more because we didn't reset it. 
The air conditioners both work well, as do the refrigerator, water heater, the automatic leveling jacks, TVs, and furnace. There is only one remote left for the two TVs.  An incident happened to the other one, about which we will tell anyone who wants to know. 
The bed mattress is new.  We have found it very comfortable.
A steering stabilizer was installed soon after we bought the unit.  New awning fabric was installed last year. 
Mary, my wife, made opaque insulated curtains for the two side windows, and lined the curtains for the front window.
We did have a dog until two years ago, but I don't think there are any animal remnants left.  Since we have owned the unit, no one has smoked in it.
