We have a 2018 Keystone Outback 293UBH with a clear title.  It is a bunkhouse model, which is the perfect set up to have a separate space for our children from the adults.  The key features we really liked about his model are:

• Everything (bedrooms, bathroom, and the kitchen) is accessible with the slide in,
• Light weight and easy to tow,
• Bunk room
• Has an outdoor kitchen

This has been a great RV for our family.  We just outgrew it and are selling because we upgraded to a Toy Hauler 5th wheel.  This RV has been taken care of extremely well.  We have all the receipts for work performed.  Over the past two years we traveled a lot to keep up with projects located across the U.S.  During our travels we’ve made several upgrades/additions to suit our needs that we are passing along to the next owner, two of which are the suspension upgrade and solar.  There is a full list or other small items that I can explain if you are interested.  All these things were added to eliminate known RV problems. For example, isolation valves and braided stainless steel residential lines to residential faucets to eliminate the stress conventional RV's have from plumbing PEX lines straight to cheap plastic fixtures.  Other items were added for comfort such as under carriage storage and 5-speed Maxx Air fans.

We've reduced our price because we had a reality check when talking with consignment.  If we were to consign this rig, we’d forfeit 10% to commission or sacrifice at trade-in value.  I would rather pass the commission as cost savings to a new owner.  We are asking $22,499 but am willing to negotiate. Compared to other models, a new owner would definitely get their moneys worth with our RV.

This RV is in excellent condition with a lot of additions to make this a great rig for travel.
