There are many outside storage compartments, one of which is tall enough for a ladder and extends the full width of the coach.  Another compartment holds an on-board water filtration system, and another holds a large trash container that fills from the kitchen counter and is accessed from outside for emptying. On the passenger side is a large compartment that houses a flat screen TV/DVD combination that is positioned under the awning for use in all weather.  Extending the length of the RV is an 18' electric, tiltable awning with LED lighting.  Steps that lead up into the RV are enclosed.  Stored in them for easy access are two deep cycle coach batteries.

In the kitchen there is an upgraded, tall faucet, a custom-made tempered glass cover for the recessed 3 burner stove, and a Fantastic Fan with remote control and a Maxx Aire cover that can be set to close automatically during heavy rains.  For baking there is a large microwave/convection oven above the stove.  The sofa in the living area has been replaced with one that has footrests and is longer and sturdier than the original.  It easily sleeps 2 adults.  The rear bedroom window has been replaced with a tinted one, and curtains have been added for privacy.  A metal shoe rack has been installed below the closet area.

All skylights and vents have been replaced, and new covers have been added that allow vents to be open even in light rain.

This motorhome has been factory reconditioned.  In addition, it carries a full, bumper to bumper warranty that is in effect until 12/29/2023.  Many accessories are available from seller:  a Roadmaster Falcon II tow bar rated to 6000 lbs., an auxiliary braking system (Brake Buddy) with remote, a base plate specific to a Ford Fusion, heaters, fans etc.
