Purchased in May 2018 for my wife and myself to tour America. We were the second owners and the original owners were local from New Bern, NC. Travelled to San Diego and back on first trip, over 5000 miles. Travelled to New England in the fall of 2018 and to the Floride Keys in May of 2019. Numerous trips to the Blue Ridge mountains kept her busy. Very easy to drive and park with two side cameras and a rear camera.
My wife passed away in March and I want to sell the RV.
The registration says 2011 but it was purchased new in 2012. It is SUPER comfortable to ride and live in. Has a Ford V10 engine with plenty of power to scale mountain roads while towing a small car. We have replaced the computerized levelling system with an easy to use HWH unit. We installed a Winegard Satellite and used it frequently with Direct TV. We just had a new front awning installed as well as a new Sun Screen/Night Shade.  There are 3 slideouts, 2 in front and 1 large one for the bedroom/dinette area(we just had the cables and motor replaced on the rear slideout). Also installed a new entry stair motor recently along with new rear lights. The roof was sealed on our trip to Florida in May of 2018.
Had 6 new Michelin 235/80 R22.5 tires placed on the RV in the fall of 2019 and they have less than 1500 miles on them.
A Jensen audio/camera system is easily navigated from the captains chair and I used an Ipod adaptor to listen to music. There are 4 wide screen LCD monitors,  2 Sony in living room and outside and 2 Toshiba in the bedroom and dinette area. All hooked to the satellite and all have dvd players connected.
There is the standard full sized Dometic Refrigerator/Freezer and a Sharp convection Microwave as well as a 3 burner gas stove.
Prior to driving to California we had a Falcon2 Tow Kit installed which easily allowed us to pull a 2001 Toyota MR2 all over creation.  We averaged about 8-10 mpg overall. Hate to sell it but I am travelling across the country on a 2018 BMW motorcycle now.
