It is fully self-sufficient, with a recently serviced 4k Onan Generator, A/C, propane heat, gas/electric hot water tank, expanded shower and a slide to allow the fold-out sofa to create a full size bed. It also has an outside shower with both hot and cold water. Updated electronics, with flat screen TV.

This is great for two people for travel, or groups up to eight for local travel - tailgating and such. It parks in a regular parking space - so convenient and easy to drive.  It's also great for traveling safely, since it's fully self-contained you can go anywhere without worrying about the cleanliness of restrooms, roadside motels, and other facilities as you travel.  It drives like a truck - so it is just as easy with this size RV as it would be to travel with a car - and much safer!

We are very flexible in pricing, we have upsized to a larger unit so this one needs to go!
