Items that need replacement - exterior awning, exterior entry step, coach batteries and kitchen sink faucet.
Items that need repair - divider missing between refrigerator and freezer (acts as one large cooling space), "stop" piece on the pop up TV (it should rest flush with the counter top but it secures in place about 1 1/2" below flush with surface when in down position.
Unit needs some TLC but overall maintained in very good condtion.
