This has been an amazing 5th wheel.  We used it during winter in Park City, Utah and through summer near Tupelo, Mississippi.  This lets you not worry about the weather outside or it lets you open it to welcome the outside.  If you look this model up online you will see it has a 15' garage with a half bath and washer hookups.  I am 6'2" and north of 300 and this trailer is plenty large enough to be at home.  please ask any questions you may have.
