We only used this for one season. We need to sell it because we are moving. We modified it on the inside to have more storage space. The table that came with it was heavy and hard to raise and lower. If you want space for 4 people to sleep, you can easily remove the shelves and convert it back, using your own table or platform. It comes with a trailer dolly, heated mattress, custom fitted sheet and blanket, portable toilet, storage bins, leveling ramps, jack pads, exterior shower, 2 propane tanks, heat pump and furnace, stereo w/USB, and a BBQ side table. The sides and roof are easy to raise and lower, which you do before towing, giving you great rear visibility.  We have the clear title in hand, and the registration was just renewed. We purchased an extended warranty, which is transferable.
