Purchaed from Lazy Days Tampa 4/2019.  Delivered to my property and used from June 2019 until November 2019 while my home was being built.  Two adults ONLY, NO pets NO smoking.  It is currently hooked to water and electric if you would like to come inspect schedule an appt with me. There are 2 grey water tanks and 1 black water tank. The ONLY issue I had was the rear A/C unit motor was replaced because the fan broke (this was approx July 2019).  We decided not to purchase a 5th wheel truck to travel with this RV so it hasn't recorded any travel miles.  We are not desperate to sell so don't waste your time trying to low ball, reasonable offers considered.  A washer and dryer which are included in the sale.  Dishwasher, residential fridge, electric fireplace, auto leveling and many more options.  If you want pics of something specific or a video let me know.  Includes a 5 year extended warranty (approx 4 yrs left) that is transferable JUST iust in case anything major goes wrong you will be covered.  I know very little about RV's and this is our 1st so I cannot help with too many specifics but if you explain what you would like to know in detail I can check it for you, or even take specific pics or vids.  Also included is approx 200 feet of BPA free hoses.  2-50 amp shore cords and 1-50 amp extension cord ( I beleive 25 feet each).
