The ultimate floor plan for families:   Parents get their own private room with pocket door entry to each side of the bed, no climbing over another person to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night.  4 individual bunks so up to 4 kids can have their own bed. (No converting the dinette or pull out couch into a bed every night!) Bunk room has sliding door so the kids can sleep in while the parents get some quiet time. Large wrap around dinette table that can fit as many as 8 people around it for dining or playing board games ( we have had 10 playing games with extra chairs!). Insurance put a new $10,000 roof on in 2018. The roof limits the life of these campers.   Most campers this age usually have water damage.  Campers with water leaks will have soft roof corners, mold, mildew, rot, water leaks, rotted floors, and  delamination.  This kind of damage is too expensive to fix.  You couldn't give away a water damaged camper, it would be worthless.
