I am selling my 2003 Tiffin Phaeton model M-40 GH, with only 51k miles. 2 slides and approx. 40 ft. long. The Cat 330 diesel motor has just shy of 51,000 miles on it. It runs strong and smooth. Transmission shifts smoothly as it should with no issues. Fuel filter and air filter just serviced. Newer shocks, sway bar bushings, and tires (all within the last 2-3 years). Onan 7500 generator has just under 2,800 hours on it and works great. Transfer switch replaced 2 years ago. Has Shoreline automatic power cord. HWH leveling jacks Slide-out storage trays in the undercarriage. This is a 4 season coach with undercarriage heat. ALL widows just upgraded with Tiffin factory 2-pane thermal windows. These are brand new with all screens! BRAND NEW 21' Dometic patio awning. Front captains chairs reupholstered never been sat in. Coach has satellite, antenna, and in motion satellite as well. Dual roof mounted A/C units with heat pump as well as front and rear basement furnaces. Newer porcelain toilet. Newer dining room table with 4 chairs. 2 full size sofas are jack-knife sofas that quickly convert into beds. Along with the rear queen bed this coach sleeps 6 with lots of open floor space. This coach has both a washer and dryer in it. The coach is clean and ready for many years of use and family fun. The exterior is clean but does show its age with some faded and cracking graphics. The roof has been kept clean and resealed when needed. There is an ABS light on on the dash. It has been on since I bought the coach approx. 3 years ago. The dash A/C does not work. I believe it may just need to be charged but we just ran the roof A/C's wile driving so never looked into it further. There are probably things I am forgetting as we upgraded different minor things over the 3 years we have owned the RV (switches, fans, etc.). We are selling due to lack of use as our children are getting older and less time is available to travel. Title is clear and ready to go.
