This unit was only used for one year.  It has new tires on back axle and back axle was replaced.  We had taken it on the road and damaged the axle from road construction. as a result it was replaced with new tires as well.  The unit is in very good condition.  Everything is operational and ready to go for your Social Distancing Vacation!  Unit has A/C, Microwave, Propane Gas Stove Top, Electric Fireplace, BlueTooth Sound System, Stereo, Awning, Shower, Toilet, Propane Furnace, Outside Deck Rail / Fly Net when Ramp is open.  This is a Toy Hauler, and has ability to haul some models with Hitch Rings in Floor, 2 Couches make extra bed in back.  They are bunk Style.  Separate Bedroom in Front with its own door, as well as a bathroom in between with its own door.  Unit has been maintained.
