We are selling our brand new bumper pull due to a recent lifestyle change that will prohibit us from camping for a little while. We would love to keep the camper, but sadly won't be able to use it to its full potential. Since the camper is brand new, it has had no maintenance issues at all. We drove it off the lot and parked it in our back yard.

Trailer is 35' long with three (3) slides and an electric awning. Sleeps four (4) with a living room, master bed (queen-sized), and master bath. Full kitchen with stovetop, microwave, 10 cubic ft. refrigerator, and center island. All appliances are stainless steel.

The living area has all leather furniture with a couch and two recliners, an electric fireplace, and a free-standing table with four (4) chairs. Sound system with surround sound audio inside and out. There are connections for cable, satellite, and a digital antenna. Living room TV included.

Camper is equipped with a large, 15,000 BTU air conditioner, 30,000 BTU gas furnace, and a 6-gallon water heater so you can wash dishes and shower with comfort.

Of course, the camper can be run on electric power (via 50 amp connection) or by gas with its two 20lb. propane tanks. There is an outside shower for convenience and the front jack is electric to make attaching to a hitch much easier. Hitch stabilizer kit included.

In the master, there is plenty of storage for clothing and personal items and 110-volt outlets galore. There is a tv mount already included with satellite/cable connections to enjoy watching TV in private if desired. The master bath can be accessed from the hall or master bedroom. There is a storage vanity and an additional linen cabinet for more storage. A large corner shower for anyone and skylight with vent to keep the bathroom ventilated.
