A Really nice and clean short class C motorhome. It's in Spotless condition.  6 New Tires with 4 year Warranty remaining included. 

It has a corner bed and loads of storage underneath with a spare wheel in there also. No slide to worry about and it will fit in a regular parking spot.

The V10 means it can really move down the road and it has a tow package if you want to haul toys or a boat. The mpg is excellent at about 12 or 13 mpg. That what you'll get with a travel trailer behind youur truck or SUV or likley worse. 

We enjoyed this RV but we are not using it to the extent that we thought due to other commitments. It's got some miles on it but all service records are available, needs nothing. Without the mileage, this would be a $50,000 motorhome plus taxes.

This RV is very easy to drive, fits everywhere and returns great mpg. It has all the space you need and is comfortable.

If you qualify - it can be financed easily at the same major RV Specialist Banking Institution as mine for ease of a change of ownership. I called them already and this can be doen safely and securely for both parties. 

Excellent AC an heating - it's a small space, way easier to manage than my previous large Calss A with two units.

Double Door Fridge Freezer - Ice Cream on the road, save yourself a fortune buying it cheap in the big supermarkets  instead of having to stop and but at the restaurants and take out places. 

Tall Shower, works great, nice an airy bathroom. 

Back Up camera, very usefull, not that the morhome is huge but it helps with the tight spaces, when I want to check on my trailer and motorcyle I toe occassionaly, great peace of mind. 

That's not all, it has all the features you would expect. Various Accessories included to make it turnkey for the new owner.
