Brand new awning fabric for slide out. Roof seals annual replaced. NEVER any leak or water damage! This camper has served us well. Some features include propane generator with low hours (53.3hrs!).Back up camera and screen installed. Upgraded remote system for leveling jacks and slide out. Outdoor speakers replaced.

Can include FastGun turnbuckles and rubber truck bed mat. I also have two hitch extensions (light weight and heavy weight) I can include. Great for carrying a motorcycle or towing a boat or trailer!!
Children have out grown the camper, looking to sell. Willing to negotiate with in reason. Jet ski is for sale as well if interested.
