There are a few areas with minor body damage. This is the perfect RV to invest in and update the skin, etc, and have a like new motorhome. Electric awning motor went out, but you would replace that if you did the siding. Hydraulic jack line has been spliced due to a leak, and is leaking again, so that needs attention. Newer coach batteries. Batts are not installed, so slideout not open for pictures.  Alfa slideouts are known to be the largest and the space is huge when opened up. Slideout works great.
