I have decided it’s time to sell my Monaco. Only selling because we are planning on building a new forever home. I am aware that I have priced it cheap and I am ready to sell.

2001 Monaco Executive with 2 slide outs and tag axle. 500hp Cummins diesel. 97k miles. Runs excellent. NEW Toyo tires all the way around. Electric Girard awning, aquahot system just serviced, washer/dryer, flat screen tv’s in bedroom and upfront, silver leaf engine monitor system. 2 large slide out trays on the bottom side storage. 2 ac units. Onan 10k Generator. Powered Electric cord reel. NEW AGM house and starting batteries. 3 solar panels on roof. It has a residential fridge. The roof has been completely resealed.
This coach does need a few fixes to be “perfect” and is priced accordingly. It is ready to go minus these small things.  The couch has a small stain/rip in it as seen in the pictures. The passenger seat cushion shows some wear. The generator had the injectors cleaned but will need the fuel bled to get the air out. The main entrance door had the panel removed to adjust the handle locks and will need the panel installed back. On the driver side it had a couple small spots of delamination, this was completely resealed at the drip rail when the roof was resealed. Has a couple scuffs on the outside but nothing major.
I will take $46k cash as it is currently. The price will increase if I start fixing things. I have a clean title in hand. Located in Little Rock Arkansas.
