2000 Monaco Dynasty 40 King with 1 slide w\ AQUA HOT diesel hydronic heat system!  350HP Cummins diesel,Allison transmission.  Tilt/telescoping smart wheel, power mirrors w/heat, power step well cover, 7.5KW Onan diesel generator w\power slide,50amp power cord reel, pass-thru storage, 2 full length slide-out cargo trays, 1 half-length slide-out cargo tray, aluminum wheels,automatic air leveling system, inverter, tile floors, hardwood cabinets, booth converts to sleeper, dual pane windows, day/night shades, power roof vent, convection microwave, 3 burner range, solid surface counter, sink covers, combination washer/dryer, glass door shower, 2 flat panel TVs, 2 ducted A/Cs w\heat pumps. The Aqua hot heating system is an outstanding option providing unlimited hot water and very comfortable heat at much less cost than an RV using propane. If you’ve never heard of it before Google it, once you do it’s a “gotta have.” I put the best, brand new, Good Year tires all around, less then 4 years ago. I have put many upgrades and repairs into it.  Upgrades include, Power Macerating toilet, high capacity domestic water pump, timer operated Easy Vent bathroom fan, new front window curtain and we installed a Simmons RV Queen Beautyrest mattress. Some of the mechanical things that have been done are, Shocks, Starter, Alternator, Tires, Brakes, new engine Turbo and muffler. I had the rear transaxle rebuilt to travel coach specs with much tighter tolerances which resulted in a much smoother quieter ride at highway speeds.  I also installed a Safe T Plus Steering control with the Supper Steer Trim unit.  Mechanically the RV is in good condition for it’s age.  Known Issues are a leak in the intercooler resulting in low boost pressure.  It is completely usable but has lower power on hills than posable if it had full boost pressure. The refrigerator needs a new board but functions on generator or AC power, just not LP.  For Full disclosure early on in the life of this unit the original owner tells me that they had a fire in the back bedroom due to a candle however it was completely restored and I have never had any issue that arose from this.  We have owned this Motorhome since 2012 our family has enjoyed this RV on a monthly basis and unlike many units which just sit it has had regular use and maintenance. It has 123k miles.   We have priced it according to condition and repairs needed.Currently the RV is in Nashville, but we’ll travel to Michigan for a serious buyer.
