This RV has been kept under cover most of the time.  It's very clean and in great condition.  Everything in working condition.  Non smoker and no pets kept inside.  New tires and spare.  We are also including the Elite Round Bar Weight Distributing Hitch and TV.  Sleeps 4, drop down double bed, flip-up dinette also makes into bed.  I have all the original manuals and title in hand.
